The fourth planned Awareness Day remains in North Delta. The walking miles pause for a day focused on the Canadian registration process, eligibility and consent.

North Delta receives the first Awareness Day on the Canadian side of the route. The itinerary remains here after the planned walking leg from Elgin, then continues toward Burnaby and Vancouver. It is a chance within the campaign to introduce the Canadian registration process alongside the United States information already linked from earlier stops.

Canadian Blood Services currently accepts new stem cell registry applicants aged 17–35 who meet its requirements. The process includes eligibility questions, consent and a cheek-swab kit returned for tissue typing. Its health screening is intended to protect both the potential donor and the patient.

Readers can take time to review the official information and ask Canadian Blood Services about their individual circumstances. Its guidance covers the health and consent questions that come with joining.

The next planned stage continues 11.5 miles toward Burnaby. Beyond it are Vancouver and the transplant program serving adults across British Columbia and Yukon.

The Canadian Blood Services Stem Cell Registry asks for people aged 17 to 35 in good general health. You answer eligibility questions online, complete a profile and sign a consent form; a cheek-swab kit arrives in the mail within one to three weeks for you to swab and return. If you live in Québec, you register with Héma-Québec instead. Canadian Blood Services makes the final eligibility decision.
