Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website jadabascomfoundation.org (the "Site") operated by the Jada Bascom Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "our," or "us"), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization (EIN available upon request)
Tax receipts will be provided for donations as required by law
