Has Lesotho announced a registry or a law?

Lesotho Times reported in February 2025 that Health Minister Selibe Mochoboroane was in charge of building Lesotho’s first cancer center to avoid costly referrals, that Lesotho treats cancer patients under agreements with South Africa’s Universitas and Pelonomi hospitals, and that a deal with India’s Apollo hospitals had been ended over cost. 15
