Spain’s health ministry says Andorra takes part, with all of Spain’s autonomous communities, in the national recruitment campaigns coordinated by REDMO’s foundation and Spain’s National Transplant Organization. 3

Your tissue type is recorded, so searches for patients can find you. If you match a patient, SAAS contacts you, checks you’re still willing and well, and arranges more tests.
If an Andorran donor matches a patient, the cells are collected in Barcelona, at Hospital Clínic or Hospital de Sant Pau. 1
