Can people in Tajikistan join a registry abroad?

On Oct 15, 2026, Russia’s Federal Bone Marrow Donor Registry and Rusfond’s national registry signed up only people living in Russia, and Türk Kızılay required a Turkish identity number and an address record in Türkiye to join TÜRKÖK, so none of the three is open to people living in Tajikistan. 1 2 5
