About the Author
Jeana Moore founded the Jada Bascom Foundation in 2009 after her granddaughter Jada received a life-saving bone marrow transplant. Since then, Jeana has walked thousands of miles across America to raise awareness and has written these books to help children understand the importance of donation in age-appropriate ways.

Educators, schools, and families are welcome to use these books in educational settings. The Jada Bascom Foundation grants permission for classroom use, read-alouds, and educational programming. No special permission required—just share the stories and help spread awareness.
