About this Event
The first of seven registry hubs on the route.
Native American and Alaska Native donors are among the most underrepresented on both the US and Canadian registries. Because HLA markers are inherited and a registry can only match patients to the donors it holds, that shortfall compounds: fewer registered donors searching a smaller pool of possible matches.
